The We Don’t Make Widgets Academy was one of the most valuable performance-oriented sessions I’ve attended. Ken cuts through the jargon and hype and provided a practical approach that I implemented immediately and successfully when I returned to my agency. Ken Miller’s message is clear, dead-on and immediately useful. Now that I can see widgets and how to make widget-making more productive, I see hundreds of places where Ken’s techniques should be put to use. We’ve already started two process improvement projects in our office since I’ve returned from Ken’s class. I also had the unhappy experience of visiting a hospital for a simple test this week. It was all I could do to keep my mouth shut as they batch and queued me through the processes.

I thought this was an excellent training and it provided the tools I need to create focused change in our agency.
